I had an extremely positive car buying experience! It was hard to trade my 10 year old Jeep, but I received a great deal that I couldn’t pass up. Everyone was so nice and so helpful! Once home, I realized one of my tires wouldn’t hold air. The next day, I took it back and the GM very graciously replaced all 4 tires!! I am so very thankful for them taking care of me and ensuring my safety.

Harold even played with my 9month old daughter when we were singing paper work, that meant so much.
We bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from Nino and WOW…he gets a 10 out of 10.

We were shopping for our 16 yr old son’s first car. Mitch, our salesman, was great, showed us the Mustang we went to see. He showed us a 03 BMW and made us a deal we couldn’t say no too. The team there was very kind and courteous to me and my family. I definitely recommend these guys!

My brother recommended New Country to me on the basis of his excellent experience there. I’m so glad I listened to him. Couldn’t have asked for a more courteous, positive buying experience of a CPO vehicle. Grace Ramos, with whom I did the test drives, is terrific — she knows how to connect with clients and to make the experience an excellent one: no pressure, no gimmicks, she understands the customer’s needs and makes the purchasing process really fun along the way. Felt like a celebration, as it should! Finalised the purchase with Arpan Singh, Business Manager, another excellent presence there – smart, efficient, great sense of humor too. Chris Booth, pre-owned Manager was an excellent person to negotiate with and I appreciated his participation in the negotiations. There are a couple of items we still need to sort out that we couldn’t wrap up because it was the end of the day when I was there ( I was visiting CT from out of state so that is adding a little time to the process) but I’m confident these things will be addressed fully when I go back in two weeks’ time.

I found my overall experience with New Country BMW very good. They did not try to pressure us into a fast decision and they understood that we considered out purchase a significant one and allowed us to be comfortable that we were making a good decision. They insured that I met the service manager and was allowed to understand how the service relationship worked going forward. Even the business manager, who in most cases is a pushy and doesn’t listen at most delearships was low pressure and listened to my responses. They went over the car with my better half and allyed a lot of her concerns getting into a much more technology based car than she was coming out of. Except for waht I considered a low trade value on my current car (which we did not end of trading) it was a great experience.

I blew out a tire the morning of a track event at Lime Rock, and New Country was the only dealer within 100 miles with the exact tire I needed in stock. They got me in for an appointment at the last minute on a busy Saturday morning, and less than an hour later I was back on the road and made it to the afternoon sessions. Their service writer, Kurt, was friendly and efficient which made the process even easier. I highly recommend these folks.

I was not able to purchase the car I was hoping to find, however the car salesman was very honest, polite, respectful, and willing to help. Scott Clough at Knoxville location made the buying experience easy even though i was not able to purchase from the dealer.

The guys at Ole Ben Franklin Motors Alcoa really saved me today. I have a 2 yr. old Lincoln MKZ that showed my key fob battery needed changing. I decided to go ahead and change both fobs batteries and all went well until I tried to put them back together. 2 hrs and 4 intelligent adults later I had to jump into my old Ford truck and drive all the way to Knoxville. On the way I passed Ole Ben Franklin and thought maybe they can help. First guy asked if I bought the car from them and I said no. He smiled, said OK and went to work on it. After a few minutes he figured there must be a trick so he took it to Tom Weiss the general manager. Tom went to work on it and in a few minutes had it back together. I though maybe they would put the second fob back together, which was in 4 pieces. Tom went to work on the second one when a delightful young man named Mitchell walked up to help him finish. Seems they had both worked for a Lincoln dealership before and that is why they knew how to do it. They saved me 1.5 hrs drive and probably a charge from the dealership and got me home in time for my company. THANK YOU TOM AND MITCHELL for being so gracious. These are the kind of people I love doing business with. They treated me like their best customer even though they knew I had never bought anything from them. I will surely try them the next time I am in the market for a car.

Great experience from the start! My husband and I (both with nearly awful credit) started looking for a family car after the birth of our son. Applied with our credit union that we have been with for YEARS, had a car loan previously and never missed a payment. Was denied. Saw ole Ben Franklin motors online and looked at the recent reviews and was impressed.

We called and talked to Big Will and he told us to come in Monday and he’d help us find an affordable car and see what we could do. We jumped the gun and came on Saturday and Big Will wasn’t in yet but Rashad was more than willing to help us look at what they had.

We found a 2014 Kia soul with low miles!, that we fell in love with (even our newborn haha). We thought there was no way we could get financing. They worked their magic and we were approved with low payments and a decent interest rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Definitely ask for Rashad.

Today the guys at Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa really saved me. My 2 yr old Lincoln MKZ was showing low battery in the key so I decided to change the batteries in both key fobs. They came apart easily but over 2 hrs later a total of 4 intelligent adults were unable to put them back together, so I am thinking I have to drive all the way into Knoxville to the dealership where I purchased the car. I had company coming and really didn’t have time but my car was useless until I did. So I jumped into my old Ford truck and took off. On the way I passed Ole Ben Franklin Motors so I thought why not try to see if they could do it. I walked in and explained my problem and the first guy asked if I bought the car from them. I said no and he said OK and went right to work on the fob. After a couple of minutes he decided there must be some trick to it and walked me over to Tom Weiss the general manager. Tom immediately smiled at me, took the fob and went to work on it. It took him about 4-5 minutes but he got it together and handed it back to me. I thought I may be pushing my luck a bit but took the other fob out of the bag and asked if he would do that one too. It was in 4 pieces so soon a delightful young named Mitchell walked up and between them both they got the second one back together. THANK YOU TOM AND MITCHELL for your graciousness. I was treated like their best customer ever even though they knew I had never purchased anything from them. They are the kind of people I love doing business with so I will give them a try the next time I need a car.

This is the most professional dealerships that I have ever been too. I was looking for a specific truck. Rashid went well above his job description and went out and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. It was priced very reasonably, but a little over my budget. By the time Ashley in finance got done beating the bank and the general manager down, I left with a lower payment then I was wanting to pay. This is a great group of people that really bend over backwards for there customers.
